Job Responsibilities:

• Administer concession policies and schemes
• Manage data/photo, card production schedule and resource management
• Prepare regular reports pertaining to the concession cards
• Perform end-to-end reviews and streamline operational processes
• Liaise with internal and external parties on concession card matters
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec with relevant work experience / Diploma
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Flexible and able to multi-task
• Able to lead and manage a team of 1
