Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renown wildlife parks which connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly / monthly reports of leasing activities, monthly management reports and decks, arrears management
• Prepare meeting decks and record minutes for monthly placemaking meeting
• Assisting in handling leasing matters including but not limited to internal and external lease documents, renewals and lease transactions
• Assisting in organise site inspections
• Any other duties as assigned
• This will be a 1-year contract role, with possibility of renewal for the second year.

Resident Management

Welcome new residents and assist with the check-in/out process.

Address residents'/clients’ inquiries and concerns promptly.
