Responsibilities

- Receiving members/visitors and assisting with checking in of the Yoga classes

- Attending to phone calls, emails

- Handle bookings, cancellations, and reconfirmation requests from members/visitors

- Collection of payments over the counter and able to use the NETS/VISA and other payment machines

- Admin duties such as Sales tracking reports, handles monthly consumables, late cancellations and No Shows reports etc.. Must be able to use Microsoft Excel.

- All other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

- Maintaining studio cleanliness, sanitising mats and props after each class ends. No allergies to disinfectants or any cleaning products

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Liaise closely with Senior Manager, EHS (Environment Health Safety) and Head of Project to develop, implement, maintain, and improve EHS Management Systems and safety culture at project level.
• Lead daily toolbox meeting, safety meetings, safety inspections, safety training and all other EHS initiatives or activities to maintain a high level of safety at work site.
• Monitor and take disciplinary actions against unsafe acts/conditions on project site to comply with the Company Safety Management System and the WSHA and its subsidiary legislation.
• Responsible for accident reporting and investigations including near misses and any industrial disease cases at work site.
• Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities.

• Must be a registered WSHO with the relevant authorities with at least 5 years’ of relevant working experience in a construction firm
• Other pre-requisites are excellent team spirit, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Willing to work night shift on rotation basis will be added advantage

• Responsible as EHS department document controller to manage document related to EHS department

Work Hours
