Job Title: Digital Marketing Officer

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
• Oversee the planning and execution of digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing.
• Analyze data and metrics to track campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of digital marketing initiatives with overall business goals.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies, providing recommendations for adoption when appropriate.
• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.
• Utilize analytics tools to generate insights and reports for regular performance reviews.
• Manage multiple accounts
• Prepare reports and able to submit marketing plans and recommendations
• Knowledgeable on new digital marketing trends
• Create basic to advance media posters/designs

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
• Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, Hubspot, SEO tools, and social media management platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knoweledgeable on using Basic Photoshop and Canva

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot).
• Experience in [specific industry or sector relevant to your company].
