Responsibilities

• Processing trade service & finance transactions, including LC Advising, LC issuance, documents processing, financing for both LC & non LC, and liaise with client for documentary aspects
• Processing accounting entry, reconciliation, and reporting on trade service & finance
• Ensure compliance of trade documents with the T&C of the LCs
• Administer documents related to Trade transactions
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor degree/Diploma/GCE’A’ level with at least 3 years of Trade Service/Finance experiences in Banks is preferred.
• Must be able to handle import and export transactions
• Conversant in UCP600/ISBP/URC/URR/ISBP/Incoterms preferred
• Meticulous with working knowledge of AML/CFT and other regulations in Trade Finance is preferred
• Able to work in collaboration, not only within Trade Finance as main job, but also with other teams (i.e. remittance, loan admin, treasury settlement and onboarding)
• CITF and/or CDCS certificate is preferable

We are looking for a Senior Trade Finance Officer for our client in the Banking/Investment Industry.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in trade finance, specifically related to trading, to optimize trade operations and mitigate financial risks.
• Process Trade Finance applications, including issuing and advising Letters of Credit, handling Bank-to-Bank Reimbursements, and conducting Export Negotiations.
• Perform pre- and post-processing duties such as follow-up, tracking, and closing of outstanding items promptly.
• Manage and negotiate Letter of Credit formats with trading counterparties, ensuring compliance with local regulations and guidelines.
• Independently manage all necessary documents for Letter of Credit applications and bank negotiations.

Qualifications:
