Summary:
Support the Quality Management System to ensure compliance with quality standards for clinical storage, packaging, and distribution.

Duties:

• Implement and manage quality procedures and inspections.
• Handle material qualifications, non-compliance issues, and label approvals.
• Oversee inspections and track material performance and trends.
• Conduct internal audits and assist with external audits.
• Address non-compliance, support Change Control, and manage CAPA processes.
• Review and author Quality procedures, ensure document retention, and align with corporate policies.
• Support qualification/validation activities and complete required training.

Requirement:

• Degree / Diploma preferably in Pharmaceutical or Science disciplines.

• Vacuum Carpets / Corridors on rotation
• Dry and wet mop floors on schedule
• Machine Scrub and polish floor
• Clean all fixtures, mirrors, glasses, planters, ashtrays etc
• Collect and deliver soiled and clean linen to the floor pantries
• Report broken fixtures, equipments and furnitures immediately
• Attend to rest rooms as assigned and clean function rooms
• Collect cleaning and guest supplies from store
• Clean and maintain the working tools, equipments and machineries
