2. Feature Development & Solution Design

• Design and develop use models and application demonstrations to highlight product features for sales and marketing promotion.
• Create evaluation kits and demonstration kits for new sensing products, ensuring robust testing and documentation to support product performance.

3. Technical Documentation & Support

• Develop comprehensive application notes, white papers, and technical documents to provide information and support to customers.
• Conduct system-level evaluations to validate product functionality and gather data to enhance technical documentation.

4. Internal & Customer Training

• Conduct application training sessions for internal teams on new products and technologies.
• Provide feedback to design & development teams by communicating customer needs, issues, and opportunities that can be leveraged for future product improvements.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Customer Engagement

• Partner with IC design and product development teams to plan and conduct system-level evaluations in support of new product development.
• Act as a technical liaison between the organization and customers, offering technical support and training as needed.
• Develop customer-centric solutions to address specific needs and applications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and success.

Education & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D, Application Engineering, Embedded Systems, or Product Development environments.
• Proficiency in common programming languages, such as C, C#, Python, and familiarity with development platforms like Raspberry Pi, Arduino, or Wireless-SoC.
• Experience with development tools such as IDEs, in-circuit emulators, and oscilloscopes.
• Strong technical knowledge of optoelectronics devices and sensor applications.
• Experience in optical-related testing and characterization is desirable.
• Exposure to machine learning frameworks is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.

This is a rotating 12-hour shift position responsible for overseeing day-to-day ground operations at the NOC (Network Operations Centre).

Responsibilities:

• Address escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor the 24/7 NOC phone line and emails.
• Conduct network monitoring and fault management.
• Communicate network outage notifications to customers.
• Assist with daily SOC (Security Operations Centre) and IT monitoring tasks.
• Coordinate operational activities.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Layer 1 (fibre optic) network issues.
• Manage and respond to facility and security alarms.
• Promptly respond to incidents/breaches within the Central Office.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma in any field.
• Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts
