Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the purchase of raw materials, packaging, and office supplies to support uninterrupted production.
2. Establish and maintain an efficient purchasing system for streamlined operations.

12. Follow QESH-MS Work Procedures and SOP for quality management.

Requirements:

• Minimum educational attainment of NITEC, N-Level, O level, or Diploma in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or an equivalent field.
• Possess 1-3 years of pertinent experience in the relevant industry.
• Holds a valid forklift license, demonstrating proficiency in operating forklift equipment.
• Familiarity with the SAP system, showcasing aptitude in utilizing advanced procurement software.

• Provide periodic alert and updates to customer (internal/external) to ensure any issues/delays are promptly highlighted and necessary actions are taken.
• Manage warehouse team to ensure timely receiving/issuance of raw materials.
• Manage warehouse team to achieve order fulfilment requirements specific to all customer shipments.
• Ensure overall inventory integrity of all goods in warehouse.
• Any other task/project assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering qualification or equivalent
• Possess minimum 5 years relevant experience in both mechanical & electrical customized parts & components sourcing
