The Digital & Recurring Services Lead will be responsible to drive the Digital and Recurring transformation across East Asia, deploying commercial practices to accelerate the asset base track / capture / renew engine and improving the Annual Recurring Revenue growth in the Zone.

Main Mission: Develop Digital & Recurring Services, grow pipeline & order intake in East Asia

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Digital & Recurring business, within organization including Brownfield, Greenfield & Partners
• Drive CAPEX to OPEX to Recurring Transformation
• Develop a healthy & accurate Sales pipeline follow up to conversion.
• Share best practices across countries within East Asia
• Understand business roadblocks for each country & deploy action plan for country deployment
• Identify key customers pain points & needs, build best tailor made and outcome-based Services
• Prepare commercial pitches with support of Digital & Recurring Services Architect & support quotations with Tendering & Quotation Managers
• Collaborate with Division Sales (Secure Power, Power Systems, …) in prospects identification.
• Enhance customer’s intimacy & gather country feedbacks to further strengthen offer development in collaboration with offer development team
• Identify, reach, and engage key decision makers through networking, personal connections, client references, and industry events
• Research, develop and maintain competitive information resources
• Coordinate/close the loop between all streams (ensure Tendering, execution and Customer Success Managers efficiency + marketing) to ensure successful transformation
• Organize & accelerate training to secure Recurring DNA for all Sales reps
• Monitor YTD Recurring & Digital Performance, build and drive growth actions plans accordingly

• Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) to measure predictable & Recurring revenue generated
• Track / Capture / Renew indicators to measure progress of assets under contract

Education and Skills

• Bachelor / Associate degree preferred
• 3-5 years sales/marketing experience (Services, Sustainability, Consulting, Audit)
• Strong knowledge of Digital & Recurring business (EcoStruxure portfolio and value proposition)
• Experience of outside sales experience; Virtual Sales and/or Partner Sales is a plus
• Awareness of industry leading IoT platforms such as: AWS IoT, Microsoft Azure, IBM Watson etc; Industry 4.0 knowledge
• Knowledge of Schneider Electric Services offers throughout Asset Management Life Cycle of products
• Desire for continual learning & development of technology, analytics, big data, cybersecurity and industry trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to connect & drive countries across East Asia; multi-cultural exposure

• Up till $2800 basic + variable bonus
• 5 or 6 days alternating work week, including weekends and public holidays.
• Off in lieu for working on Public Holidays
• 8 or 10 hours shift based on roster

This role will requires you to acquire full knowledge of the menu so that you can easily recommend specific items.

As a Service & Bar Associate / Lead, you will greet and interact with the customers and walk ins. You will learn to prepare coffee-based beverages, teas and food according to PV’s unique recipes and procedures. You will also serve foods and beverages to customers. Other responsibilities include performing cashiering duties, ensure work stations are set up with sufficient stocks for daily operations. It is also imperative to follow SOP on food & beverage preparation and order system, and minimise wastage and spoilage of food ingredients.

Role Overview

AsiaOne is looking for candidates with at least 5 years of practical newsroom experience, preferably with editing experience to co-lead AsiaOne's News vertical as a News Editor/Assistant Lead. This is a leadership level role and you will be reporting to the News Lead, with oversight from Head, Editorial Operations Group.

As a News Editor/Assistant Lead, your job is to lead and advance the News vertical, producing content ideas while supporting the vertical and overall strategy. You will manage and guide a team of junior writers and will be responsible for curating AsiaOne's content lineup, from our various content partners and our original content, packaging them into relevant, accessible and attractive pieces and will be required to work with diverse types of content writing, including newswriting, feature writing, scripting for videos, copywriting and advertorials.

You will also find and report the juiciest talk of the town, from various corners of society, producing content with AsiaOne's Off Centre, On trend DNA. You must be comfortable combing the darkest corners of the internet and scouring the darkest alleys in Singapore, producing content that dominates our users’ watercooler conversations.

The ideal candidate is someone who keeps up with the latest social-media news and trends, and possesses strong writing and editing skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and good interpersonal skills to build a network of contacts.
