Principal Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team and other key stakeholders to define and refine the growth engine for our product, focusing on developing acquisition and engagement loops to fuel user growth and retention
• Conduct thorough analysis of user behaviour, market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product enhancements
• Design and implement engagement mechanisms, leveraging product features, notifications, personalized experiences and gamification techniques to increase user engagement and overall product stickiness
• Manage the release of new features and drive execution of the growth product roadmap

Qualifications

• Proven track record and experience in product management, preferably in fintech, e-commerce or gaming industries

Job responsibilities:

• Reports to Section Manager of Piping basis organization when assigned to a project role.
• Ensure that all assigned work completed on time, project schedules and of the intended quality.

For project related responsibilities, the job holder shall:

• Responsible to lead the team on Piping & Layout design activities.
• Coordinate on project specific issues with the Piping Design Lead.

• Work closely with the Piping design lead of the project to understand the requirements and address the demand on time. Develop reports as required by the lead.

• MTO preparation and checking for the Piping Bulk items and Tagged Items.
• Vendor drawing review for the static Equipment’s/ Rotating Equipment’s/ Packages and ensure all the Nozzle orientations; Vessel cleats Support requirements are in line with Design Requirements.
• Perform and Checks the Model object clashes on regular basis and collaborate with other disciplines for effective cleaning of the 3D Model to make it clash free.
• Perform Design Review on regular basis by using E3D / PDMS / 3D model software such as Navisworks for establishing the suitability of Layout / Piping design in accordance with standards and codes.
• Issue of discipline deliverables in project specific templates

Work experience requirements:

• Must have minimum of 15 years of experience having worked in an engineering setup for upstream oil & gas projects (Offshore & FPSO projects) serving in the capacity of a Piping Lead Designer.
• Experience in Norwegian projects and applicants experience to the relevant standards, NCS and UKCS sectors preferred.
• Must have had prior work experience with medium/ large sized brownfield and green field projects in the Oil and Gas sector with similar roles and possess an excellent understanding of project phases, milestones, and deliverables.
• Must have performed FPSO layout design which includes Turret, Hull, and Marine Piping/ Pipe support design.
• Must possess a thorough understanding and knowledge of oil and natural gas industry standards such as, but not limited to, ASME, API (American Petroleum Institute), BS, European Regulations and other relevant standards and guidelines.
