This is an 8 months contract assigned to one of our client
Work Location: To be confirmed during interview
Salary Range : $8,000-$10,000
As Workday Functional Lead, your primary responsibilities may include:
• Lead or support the Recruiting workstream on a Workday implementation project.
• Work with client to support the new requirements for Recruiting.
• Creating and Updating Workday configurations based on requirement changes
• Provide support for Legal and regulatory reports in Workday
• Manage small on and off-shore functional teams
• Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to
meet client/functional requirements
• Architect Workday Recruiting solutions to ensure that all work streams are cohesive
and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
• Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
• Demonstrate design options through the use of prototyping.
• Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall
project status.
• Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
Qualifications:
• Existing and up to date Workday Partner Certification
• Minimum of 3 cycles of Workday Recruiting module implementation (MUST)
•Experience in leading Workday implementation for more than 2 Functional modules
• Workday certification in Recruiting module. (MUST)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
