As a Mid-Level Change Lead, you'll use your Change Management expertise to lead and manage change initiatives. Your day-to-day activities will involve developing and implementing change management strategies, conducting impact assessments, identifying and managing stakeholders, and providing guidance and support to project teams. You should have master proficiency in Change Management and advanced proficiency in Stakeholder Management. You must also possess advanced proficiency in Change Analytics.
ob Scope:
- Lead and manage change initiatives to ensure successful project delivery.
- Develop and implement change management strategies to minimize resistance and maximize adoption.
- Conduct impact assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Identify and manage stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement throughout the change process.
- Provide guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful change implementation.
- Utilize Change Analytics to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives.
- Build and develop client relationships through leadership engagement and collaborative dialogue with client sponsors / leadership to align on project objectives, key messages and desired behavior shifts.
- Embody and articulate the value of the organization, maintain regular touchpoints featuring interdependencies with other teams and drive close cross-team collaboration to foster alignment.
- Develop an astute understanding of the client business context and define metrics for business adoption and business benefits realization metrics, facilitating business and people readiness for a smooth system implementation and adoption.
- Have a knowledge and/or experience of Talent & Organisation capabilities including HR transformation and capabilities, operating model and organization design, talent strategy and development, leadership, culture, and behavioral change.
Job Qualifications:
- Degree in Business or Information Systems or equivalent
- 7 to 12 years of experience in consulting work connected to Talent & Organization topics
- Experience in related areas such as Change Management, Human Resources, Talent Management, Learning & Collaboration, Human Capital & Organization Effectiveness (e.g. Organization Design, Culture Transformation, Leadership Effectiveness etc.)
- Experience working with clients or projects in the Public Services industry
- Thrive in collaborative work in a diverse team and an agile and technology driven environment
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with problem solving and design thinking skills
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions
- Excellent executive level relationship building skills
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
