Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

• Define metrics an performance benchmarks for cloud infrastructure and database performance.
• Collaborate with application and database teams to optimize performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Incident Response and Root Cause Analysis:

• Develop and refine incident response processes, performing root cause analysis and applying quick resolutions to meet SLA requirements.
• Escalate incidents to upper-level support or third-party vendors as required and ensure prompt workarounds.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

• Document cloud and database architecture, resource configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Maintain updated runbooks, facilitate knowledge transfer sessions, and compile handbooks for handling known issues.

Routine Maintenance:

• Apply security patches and software updates for cloud and Oracle Database environments, ensuring they meet the latest security and performance standards.

Vendor and Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Collaborate with managed service vendors and internal teams to implement infrastructure changes and verify application performance.
• Work with FPT to continuously refine severity definitions based on system behaviour and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7+ years of experience in cloud operations with a focus on OCI, AWS, and Oracle Database Administration.
• Strong knowledge of cloud monitoring tools, security compliance frameworks, and IAM policies.
• Proficiency in Oracle Database administration including installation, configuration, patching, tuning, and backup/recovery.
• Experience in cost optimization (FinOps) and incident management.

Responsibilities

· To perform audit in any capacity in conformance with the requirements of the specified Quality/ Environmental / Food Safety /Safety and/ or any other Management Systems that BV Certification offers ( As appropriate)

· Conduct public-run or in-house training for customers of specified Quality/ Environmental/ Food Safety/ Safety/and/or any other Management Systems

· To assimilate, understand and operate the BV Singapore Quality Management System in all activities relevant to the post

· To control the overall performance of audit activities, including any planning, review and the control of the other members of the audit team

· Authority over whatever decisions are necessary during the audits and to recommend the presentation or otherwise of a certificate of approval.

· To decide upon evidence gained during Audits whether or not certification should be granted or allowed to continue.

· To represent BV Singapore, where necessary, to potential clients in conjunction with other responsible personnel.

· To assist in the training of other Auditors and Lead Auditors, either during planned audits or during other training functions.

· To maintain all current memberships, competency and registrations applicable to the post.

· To maintain continuous professional development in support to future development of schemes for certification

· Assist in any other task assigned such as internal audits, accreditation maintenance, TQR related activities and Technical file reviews

· Support all technical activities in maintaining accreditations

Requirements :

· Bachelor Degree in relevant discipline

· Familiar with internal/certification audits

· Possess auditing experience and/or a Certified Lead Auditor is an advantage

Job Scope:

• Create and develop mechanical designs for products or systems using CAD software
• Oversee and manage engineering projects from conception to completion
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, reports, and documentation
• Collaborate on the creation of prototypes and conduct testing for design evaluation
• Work closely with other engineering disciplines and manufacturing teams
• Identify design issues and develop innovative solutions
• Ensure designs comply with industry standards and regulations
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and interns
• Engage with clients to understand needs and provide technical support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or automation equipment design; more experience considered for senior roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and techniques
• Experience with mechanical design using SolidWorks preferred; familiarity with Autodesk/AutoCAD is a plus
• Solid knowledge of material properties required for senior positions
• Good communication, time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills needed for senior roles
• Willingness to travel for overseas projects if necessary

The role of Lead,Finance Operations will manage the Finance Operations team to ensure that goals and tasks are achieved and completed.

She/He will take the lead on productivity initiatives, performance management, collaborations and coherence within Finance and across divisions in the company, and fostering strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders, focus and commit to build service differentiation, modelling the way for Service Excellence.

Job Details:

1. Support Department Head to:Supervise a team staff to oversee smooth operations flow in meeting the company's objectives and key performance indicators.
   Ensure the internal control framework is in place.
   Responsible for timely and accurate reporting on sub-ledger including bank recompilation and accounts analysis.
   Continuously evaluate policies and procedure, tweak processes to gain productivity and seek compliance with internal controls.
   
2. Effective Change Manager, for instance,Drive changes in Finance Ops processes to meet changes in business requirements.
   Keep updated on technological advancements in AP/AR systems arena and review/evaluate their suitability for the business.
   Implement best practices to AR/AP process
   
3. Responsible for following up on the abnormalities detected by Data Analytics and report on findings from the investigation.
4. Liaise with internal and external auditors, bankers, other divisions and external vendors on payment related matters.

Project Management

1. Driving process simplification and lead the implementation of standardization and scalable processes.
2. Participate in the implementation and maintenance of technology driven initiatives (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Data Analytics).
3. Involve in the development, migration and enhancement of the Source systems and Finance system.'

Job Qualifications:

1. Degree in Accounting, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification
2. At least 5 years of relevant commercial experience.
3. Knowledge and hands-on experience in any of the major accounting software (eg SAP, Workday)
4. Experience with system changes implementation and UAT.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words and PowerPoint
6. Sound knowledge of GST and Withholding tax
7. Audit experience would be a plus.

Pre-requisites:

1. Possess good interpersonal skills with excellent written and presentation abilities, be articulate, numerate and able to work independently.
2. A self-motivated team player who is meticulous, organised and able to learn quickly with strong analytical skills.
3. Ability to multi-task and work in fast pace dynamic environment.

Job Scope:

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates and budgets
• Conduct feasibility studies and value engineering assessments
• Manage procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiation
• Monitor and report on project costs, including variations and claims
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure financial viability
• Perform cost analysis and risk assessment for projects
• Oversee the preparation of bills of quantities and other relevant documentation
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quantity surveyors and support staff
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
• Attend meetings and present financial reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, or Quantity Surveying (minimum 3 years of experience) or Diploma in the same fields (minimum 5 years of experience)
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office required
