As a FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Supervising the FP&A Team's creation of monthly and quarterly forecast reports for both internal management and Group reporting purposes.
• Guiding the team in preparing and presenting the annual budgeting exercise for the group
• Overseeing the refinement and creation of financial models utilized for budgeting and forecasting purposes.
• Spearheading the FP&A Team's efforts in fostering business partnerships and managing Enterprise Risk.
• Coordinating the review of legal documents with business units and the Group Legal department.
• Ensuring adherence to regulatory standards such as PLRD Licensing and NEA requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any professional qualifications.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience required.

Requirements:

• Possess a Degree or Diploma in Nursing or Therapy or Healthcare related preferred.
• Degree in other relevant field of study.
• Possess at least 3 years of working experience in healthcare or senior care setting.
