Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Key Account Sales Representative to manage and grow strategic relationships with key clients in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the construction, interior furnishing and renovation market, possess excellent negotiation skills, and demonstrate the ability to drive revenue growth by building long-term partnerships with key customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Account Management:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
- Develop a thorough understanding of each client’s business, goals, and project requirements.
2. Sales Strategy & Business Development:
- Identify new opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products/services to existing clients.
- Create and execute account plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Monitor industry trends and market developments to identify potential new key accounts.
3. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., operations, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth delivery and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to tailor promotional campaigns for specific accounts.
4. Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and account reviews to track performance against targets.
- Analyze client feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies and offerings.
5. Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Interior design, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the construction industry or related sectors.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Understanding of construction processes, materials, and market trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
