Job Summary

The Kitchen Operations Manager at D’leecious Kitchen is responsible for managing all aspects of daily kitchen operations, from food preparation to customer service. Working alongside the Director, the Kitchen Operations Manager is expected to take full ownership of the operations and support long-term business goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and execute all food preparation and cooking activities, ensuring that food is ready and of top quality for daily operations from 9 am to 6 pm.

- Implement and enforce strict hygiene and food safety protocols to maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment.

- Set daily goals in consultation with the Director and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to food quality, customer satisfaction, and efficiency.

- Manage inventory with a focus on cost control, waste reduction, and maximizing freshness and quality of ingredients.
