Summary

Lead and oversee the execution of large-scale events and conferences. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of event planning, coordination and delivery, ensuring the seamless organisation of high-profile functions that support the clients' marketing and communications objectives.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive event plans, including budgeting, scheduling, vendor management and on-site coordination
• Liaise with cross-functional teams, clients and external suppliers to guarantee the successful delivery of events
• Identify and mitigate potential risks, troubleshoot issues and implement contingency plans as needed
• Measure and analyse event performance, providing detailed post-event reports and recommendations for improvement
