Responsibilities

• Planning, managing and/or execution of testing activities (regardless of SIT, Regression or defect testing) i.e. test plan preparation, test scripts, test data, traceability matrix preparation and update, test cases generation and execution, test results documentation and test documentation review.
• Perform all relevant quality assurance testing of all components together with the Technical teams.
• Manage, track and ensure proper closure of defects detected during testing.
• Proficient in construction of test plan, test cases, and thorough performance of quality test execution, test review and test reporting.
• Provide regular updates to reporting lead/manager on status of assignments and arising matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent education and/or experience
• 5-10 years of working experience in management of application project implementation, application testing and test quality assurance.

The Accounting Manager will lead and manage a portfolio of accounting clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strong client relationships. Responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, payroll reports, and other statutory filings. The role also involves providing consultancy on accounting, tax, and corporate secretarial matters, as well as guiding and supervising staff to meet deadlines and service expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a portfolio of accounting clients and act as the main point of contact.
• Ensure quality service delivery, timely billing, and strong client relationships to achieve client satisfaction and retention.
• Plan and organize work effectively, providing leadership and guidance to staff to meet service expectations and deadlines (including corporate secretarial, accounting, tax, payroll, GST, immigration, and nominee director services).
• Demonstrate expertise in accounting frameworks and financial reporting, especially as regulated by ACRA.
• Understand client operations and business goals to provide relevant advice and services.
• Review/prepare management accounts, corporate tax computations, payroll reports, GST reports, and ensure accuracy before submission to clients.
• Offer consultancy on accounting, tax, payroll, and corporate secretarial matters.
• Prepare Unaudited/Group Unaudited Financial Statements and XBRL for clients with zero errors.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accountancy.
• Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred).
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of SFRS and Singapore regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft applications.
• Experience with cloud accounting software (Xero preferred, at least 1 year).
• Resourceful and experienced with various productivity tools.
• Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to adapt to changing work environments and contribute to process improvements.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Immediate availability preferred.
