The CX Operations Specialist will partner with our Community Experience (CX) team to support budget management, financial tracking, contract navigation and the end-to-end procurement process. Main purpose of the job

This role is pivotal in driving strategic financial planning and forecasting to support the achievement of business objectives. It involves a deep collaboration with key business stakeholders to integrate Procurement insights into global strategic plans, annual budgets, and forecasts. Accountabilities and deliverables

1. Leads planning and forecasting activities with key strategic finance business partners to achieve business and company goals. Manages the process, which provides financial input of the procurement function into the long-term regional and global strategic financial business plans, the annual budgets, and any other forecasts.

2. Owns the global procurement benefit methodology, which clearly defines and quantifies the additional value the procurement organization is bringing to the business.
