The Responsible of Procurement Specialist are:

• Responsible for tactical sourcing of new parts to new and existing approved vendor list suppliers

Principal Duties:

• Strategic Sourcing: Locate and interact with possible Asian and European manufacturers, suppliers, and Principals in order to get the supplies and machinery required for our global operations.

• Market analysis and reporting: Stay up to date on supply chain advancements, market trends, and possible sourcing obstacles in the Asia Pacific area. Send senior management thorough information on supplier performance, market analysis, and procurement operations.
• Internal Cooperation: Get to know internal teams' requirements for supplies and machinery by collaborating closely with them. Make sure that procurement strategies are in line with the company's larger operating needs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform timely inventory planning to ensure fulfilment of customers' orders
• Perform inventory control and monitor stock movement
• Responsible for sourcing, evaluation and purchasing of materials
• Negotiate with vendors for competitive prices and quality
• Prepare purchasing document, quotation, tender, agreement and contracts
• Process purchaser evaluation report and suggest the award of tenders
• Prepare reports and statistics for management
• Monitor and ensure on time delivery to ensure customer fulfilment
• Ensure compliance on quality standards, procurement policies and procedures
• Responsible for troubleshooting and constant review or inventory-related projects or requirements
• Identify new and potential suppliers to expand supplier based to improve sourcing capabilities
• Any other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 2 - 3 years of purchasing and procurement experience
