• Experience and knowledge in Information Communication Technology products and services, Installation and Systems Integration services in Procurement / Sales / Marketing is preferred.
• Additional Diploma in Purchasing Management is a plus.
• Good working knowledge of financial and legal terms affecting purchasing is preferred.
• Experience in project management is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation skills, able to engage suppliers at all levels to negotiate effectively.
• Confident to communicate with all levels/different cultural backgrounds.

• Manage PO, quote and PO and processes.
• Perform negotiation with vendors for best price, leadtime , terms and conditions.
• Prepare / review of approval MOF with internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with suppliers for early or delayed deliveries as required, drive suppliers to meet on time delivery.
• Build strong positive working relationships, provide procurement support and guidance to business units.

• Matching of invoices and DO to PO.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any disciplines or equivalent education qualification with at least 3 years of relevant experience in purchasing functions in manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors)
• Strong negotiation and organisational skills with a proven ability to solve problems.
• Demonstrate ability to manage stress and time to deliver results.
• A good team player with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
