Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Purchasing Senior Executive embraces a wide range of responsibilities as follow:

1. To source, plan, negotiate, purchase and ensure timely delivery of Plant feedstock and packaging materials.

3. Procurement of all HSE related Purchases and Waste Management Services plus provide a suppository role on their Cost and Contract Negotiation.

The Responsible of Procurement Specialist are:

• Responsible for tactical sourcing of new parts to new and existing approved vendor list suppliers
• Responsible for price analysis and lead time negotiation with new suppliers

• Responsible for RFQ (Request For Quotation)
• Responsible for creating Supplier contracts and negotiating for the terms and maintain Agreements in SAP

• Responsible to provide customers with solutions and internal cross functional teams, for cost effectiveness

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of procurement experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Category ManagementDevelop and implement category strategies to achieve business objectives and goals.

• Ensure that products within the category meet quality and safety standards.
• Stay up to date with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
• Provide regular reports and updates to immediate superior regarding the category's performance and strategies.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Business / Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in procurement/purchasing for Food/Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry will be preferred
• Well verse in Microsoft office application
• Negotiations skills
