• Manage FA and Non FA Goods Administration to Finance.
• All paper work related to Purchasing or tasks given by HOD.

Requirements:

• ITE, N-Level, O level or 2-3 years experience in Engineering or Construction Business Enviourments Purchase matters.
• Experience in shipping is a Advantage.
• Excellent time management and with Good Memory.
• Well-organized and detailed oriented professional, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Software Environment. Eg- Excel ,Words & PPT
• Singaporeans or PR

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and sorting of goods.
• Perform routine stock checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery as needed.
• Serve as a backup driver for deliveries when required, ensuring timely and safe transport of goods.
• Conduct basic maintenance checks on vehicles to ensure they are roadworthy.
• Help with loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Experience in warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift heavy items.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible availability to accommodate driving duties as necessary.
