Job Description:

-Assist for purchasing function, source for supplier and negotiate for best price.

-Check and update purchasing document to ensure correctness and adequacy.

-Prepare, issuance and monitoring requisitions & purchase order, ensure that purchase order balance are accurate and parts were provided on time.

-Follow up purchases to ensure timely delivery, collect and check delivery performance of vendors.

-Maintain and update approved vendor list.

-Ask for credit term from suppliers.

-Work closely with other departments to ensure quality parts were delivered and continuous flow of material as per production requirement.

-And other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

-At least 1 years experience

-Able to work independently and meet the deadlines as required

-Must have working experience on purchasing related to building & plumbing

-Able to start immediately or within a short notice period

• Responsible for vendor management to ensure approved vendors meet the delivery, quality and cost standards
• Responsible for the negotiation to ensure and improve suppliers' price competitiveness, lead-time and on time delivery
• Ensure all necessary documents are in place
• Responsible to provide customers with solutions and internal cross functional teams, for cost effectiveness
• Responsible for materials planning
• Liaise with forwarder for shipping arrangment

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas industry

Responsibilities:

• Perform IQAM within the stipulated time-frame and with accuracy
• Perform Kitting, Exchange and supply the consumables within the stipulated time-frame
• Carry out the cycle-count and consumable shelf-life check at the stipulated time frame set
• Perform the train operation by delivering kitting to production cells and collecting finished goods from production

Requirements:

• Min. GCE “O” level
• Experience in a production environment will be an advantage
• Experienced in basic warehouse operations

• Working Location: Changi
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Company shuttle bus is provided at designated MRT stations
