• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitary, and work safety standards.
• Adhere to government rules and regulations related to warehouse operations.
• Responsible for sourcing, selecting, and negotiating with suppliers for the best purchase packages.
• Collaborate with suppliers and subcontractors to maintain quality, pricing, and delivery standards.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents accurately and in a timely manner.
• Generate monthly reports for Directors, providing insights intowarehouse performance.
• Generate and file invoices, ensuring completeness of documents for submission to accounts.
• Contribute to cost-effective warehouse management practices.
• Identify opportunities for improving the efficiency of the company's supply chain.
• Implement strategies to streamline logistics processes and enhanceoverall performance.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate degree in any field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (reading,writing, and speaking) to handle queries from Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field.
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS Word, effective communication, and leadership.
• Class 3 license and ForkLift license are preferred.
• Preferably a Senior Executive specialized in Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Your Role

We are looking for a Buyer to perform sourcing, evaluating and purchasing of electronics components.

What Will You Do

• To perform sourcing, evaluating and purchasing of electronics components or mechanical parts from reliable supplier that can meet required specifications.
• To negotiate with suppliers for better pricing, quantity, and delivery terms.
• To do comparison of specifications and pricing and counter propose to Engineers for alternative approval.
• To issue Purchase Orders based on purchase requisition.
• To follow up on outstanding backlog and expediting of urgent materials.
• To work with Finance or store to resolve DO and Invoice discrepancy.
• To work with QC to resolve suppliers' quality issues.
• To involve in yearly audit ISO9001 and 14001.

What Do We Want

• At least a Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Procurement and Supply Chain related discipline.
• At least 2 years of purchasing experience in electronics manufacturing industry (OEM).
• Proficient in Microsoft Words and Excel.
• Familiar with Sum Product, Conditional formatting, sort, filter, vlookup, pivot and formulas.
• Have experience in machining or metal stampng parts will be added advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
