Job Description:

· Support with raising of procurement requests and perform goods receipt via Authorities IT systems. Liaise with vendors for item availability and delivery schedule.

· Support with the processing of Request For Quotation (RFQ) to vendors.

· Educate and guide employees on the procurement policies and processes.

· Provide monthly procurement status report and support timely response to employees’ enquiries on procurement matters.

· Assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports and meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.

· Manage and account common assets and inventory at the three primary locations. Activities include the managing of database and process asset/inventory receipts, transfers and disposal via Authorities IT systems.

· Administer the receiving, storage and distribution of assets at storehouse and conduct cyclical stocktake for common assets and assets held within Authority premises.

· Support timely response to employees’ enquiries on logistics matters and assist supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports.

· To meet the quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority.

Minimum Requirement:

· Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline

· Strong service excellence mind-set

· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications (e.g. Excel) and experience in SAP and Business Warehouse will be advantageous

• · Have knowledge and familiar with WMS/WCS systems
• · Have experiences in guiding installation, debugging and renovations
