• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, production, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with other departments.
• Perform good receiving operation, all necessary documentation processing and ERP system input
• Ensure stock inventory is accurate and up to date and generate stock inventory reports for management
• Liaise with Finance for invoicing and payment matters

Responsibilities:

• Perform general store operations e.g. receiving, packing and shipment
• Ensure work schedules and documentations are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Optimizing warehouse space and adopt good housekeeping
• Ensure inventory accuracy of stocks at warehouse
• Responsible for ensuring proper receiving and issuance of raw materials/products.
• Check and verify quantity and condition of goods received with delivery orders/invoices
• Ensure the storeroom is tidy, neat and clean at all times
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior(s)

Requirements:

• Good team player
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Conversant in simple English
• Forklift license is “A Must”

• Working Location: Changi North
• Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 8 am – 5.30 pm; 1 half-day Saturday per month, 8 am – 12 pm
• Salary Package: Basic up to $3,500 + Attendance Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory management.
• Communicate with management and contractors regarding cost estimations.
• Negotiate project terms to handle all issues effectively.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies to enhance the overall project value.
• Ensure all purchased items meet specifications and comply with standards.
• Handle the full logistics process, including shipping documentation (mainly import; export when necessary).
• Manage purchase requisitions, orders, delivery orders, and invoices.
• Oversee company vendors, including IT and maintenance/repair/operating contracts.
• Manage contracts, such as purchasing agreements, certificates, and renewal inspections.
• Respond to supplier, vendor, and internal inquiries.
