• Manage and administer all contacts and purchase orders required
• Manage and administer long term and spot fuel contracts and orders
• Ensure contracts and purchases are conducted in accordance with company procurement policies and procedures
• Work closely with O&M departments, buyers and other entities for tender and contract activities.
• Ensure proper execution of contracts and compliance to SOX requirement
• Follow up of contact provision and contractual requirements with vendors
• Monitor overdue reports for contracts, purchase orders, insurances and security deposits and send reminder to Buyers
• Manage vendor master (including vendor creation and vendor qualification) in SAP MM and SAP B1
• Conduct vendor performance reviews once a year for small purchases and after contracts end
• Manage the sale of tenders and petty cash
• Take lead in personal development of work competency and improvement in work efficiency
• Back up Administration Officer when required

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline

Mobilisation Management:
