Minimum Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities

Account Management:

• Creates strong, compelling, and strategic plans, and recommend how digital and on ground channels can be used to integrate consumer journey

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all current clientele and its active projects.

• Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders on the clientele end and build meaningful and engaging relationships with the clientele's key decision-makers, influencers and end-users.

• Project manage and ensure the timely, successful and profitable delivery of our clients' creative solutions according to their business needs and objectives

• Be the champion for the client's campaign and an informed expert on the products and solutions. Contribute effectively in any incoming brief/project discovery phase - discover and identify client's business pain points, SWOT, landscape.

Event Management:

• Establish a deep-rooted understanding of the client’s unique event needs and requirements. This includes providing necessary floor plans, conducting a site inspection, liaising with service providers etc.

• Attentively service clients, by understanding and responding to clients in a perceptive, relevant, and confident manner.

• Help plan an event in accordance with client objectives and requirements, and proactively identify and address gaps and potential problems based on the venue’s capability.

• Events management from roundtable, conference, hospitality and appreciation events.

• Project Management, Budgeting and Post Report are being manage end to end.

• Negotiate and liaise with third-party vendors/caterers for quotations and event setup requirements

• Work as part of a team to execute events flawlessly, troubleshoot and problem-solve on-site, and also manage and service clients throughout.

• Acquire a good understanding of company capabilities and services and effectively communicates all offerings to the client

• Provides regular updates on all account activities, including project status and inquiries, on a weekly basis.

Requirements

• At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in MICE, Hospitality/Tourism, integrated marketing agency environment or a relevant industry

Main Accountabilities:

• Provide leadership of Project / Order Management, Order Administration, Application Engineering and Technical Documentation and Control teams.
• Manage the delivery of all Critical Power System Solutions Projects. Project life cycle generally covers phases from order placement to delivery, installation and commissioning through to testing and proving before handover.
• To include responsibility for Project co-ordination externally between client / consultant, sub-contractors and suppliers and internally between other AEG departments including Sales, FAE, Finance, Order Administration, Application Engineering, Manufacturing and Service Operations.
• Provide single point of contact for the customer with particular responsibility for attendance at site meetings, submission and preparation where appropriate of method statements, risk assessments, project schedules, drawings, O&M manuals, FAT procedures and when required attendance at factory witness tests.
• Operate within and strive to improve defined project performance measures including target delivery margins, cost budgets and on time delivery etc.
• Work closely with the Service Operations Department to co-ordinate engineering resource ensuring all site works are performed efficiently and with costs only incurred that can be charged to the project.
• Attend and where necessary chair handover / kick-off meetings and project progress meetings internally and externally as necessary.
• To drive continuous improvement with regards to on time delivery, increased project margin and customer satisfaction, maintaining departmental reporting in line with Company requirements and provide detailed information and progress reports to Director Global Project Execution when requested.

Job Requirements:

• Engineering qualification, preferably with an electrical bias or suitable electrical engineering experience.
• Project Management experience, ideally in an engineering environment.
• Experience within the Power Engineering field preferably within the Industrial Market Sector.
• Commercial awareness and proven ability to maintain and wherever possible increase project margins.
