What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor, Master or MBA degree in Marketing, Management or related business areas.

Reporting to the Team Lead of Resource Planning and Management (RPM), the incumbent will work with relevant stakeholders to analyze and understand the process workflows in the division before proposing solutions through technology and automation to improve operational productivity and efficiency. This includes looking at best practices and propose agile, robust and intuitive workflows that lead to better work outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in developing and implementing dashboards, reports and visualizations for tracking and monitoring of Division’s key performance indicators.
2. Facilitate/ conduct training and provide guidance to various process owners and end users in the usage of the implemented solutions.
3. Execute divisional events and activities that focus on sharing of automation best practices.
4. Participate in User Acceptance Testing for any system enhancement or upgrade arising from process improvement initiatives.
5. Undertake any other duties assigned by the Director or supervising officer to ensure efficient operation of the Division.

Job Requirements

1. Good University Degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Management or relevant field and experience, with around 3 years of work experience in a similar education or corporate environment.
2. Knowledge in Excel VBA to load and transform raw data is highly desirable.
3. Knowledge in data collection, data manipulation and using appropriate tools and techniques for visualization and analysis will also be an added advantage.
4. Working knowledge and experience in process automation tools such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) would be advantageous.
5. Proficient and familiar with Microsoft Office tools.
6. Possess an open mind and be able to adapt to a fast-changing environment.
7. Have strong project management skills and attention to detail, and willing to take on responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
8. Able to manage projects, including creating project plans, tracking progress, and reporting on results.
9. Ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals in a diverse community and possess the confidence to front different parties.
10. Ability to work as a team member among multiple stakeholders and exhibit leadership skills.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Plans and directs laundry operations.
• Hires, trains and supervises laundry staff; plans and schedules work directly and through a lower level supervisor; teaches washroom science and the short formula to washroom employees.
• Sets standards for production and quality of work performed. Studies operations and procedures and institutes changes within scope of authority.
• Installs production controls on each laundry machine and programs computerized washers. Keeps production records to track amounts of linen and clothing processed and shipped to various locations; prepares reports of laundry activities.
• Prepares purchase orders to maintain linen inventory and supply of cleaning chemicals
• Handle daily sales order & customer feedback

Skill requirements:

• Knowledge of all phases of large-scale laundry operation, techniques and management.
• Knowledge of newest laundry equipment and processes.
• Knowledge of washroom formulas for clothing and linens and all types of chemicals used in washers.
• Knowledge of the methods and techniques of infection control.
• Ability to plan, direct and administer the work of others.
• Ability to apply cost savings ideas to the production process.

Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between the business and engineering teams, to develop and deliver the product roadmap.
• Identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, and drive growth.
• Translate product enhancements and strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes. Validate these to ensure they are technically viable.
• Analyze data on user behavior to inform decision making on product features and UX.
• Work with the engineering team to test “growth hacks” – A/B test and iterate on ideas.
• Work on Quantifiable metrics that determine the success/failure of implemented ideas.
• Facilitate focus groups and customer research, to solicit feedback on company products and services.
• Manage product launches in partnership with the marketing team and ensure campaign activity is in line with product strategy and vice versa.
