Responsibilities:
• Identify, investigate, troubleshoot and resolve identified quality issues independently and working with Manufacturing, Procurement, Service and Engineering departments
• Responsible for developing Quality Plans, audit requirements, Statistical based Inspection Plans and provide quality and regulatory requirements, approve certain protocols by reviewing generated data and final reports
• Lead, guide and develop technicians in IQC and OQA.
• Drive First Pass Yield improvement by inter-plants, supplier, external manufacturing subcon and internal production.
• Drive to establish In-Process Lead Measures, Quality Control Plan & FMEA
• Responsible for operation efficiency like cycle time, manhours, maintenance of tools, compliant to QMS standard like MSA, GR&R, SPC.
• Responsible for calibration program for IQC, OQA inspection, measuring and test equipment.
• Drive process optimization in quality and production shopfloor.
• Actively use 3P principles (Protect, Prevent, Predict) to drive for root cause analysis, identify CAPA using 8D methodology and 5 Why analysis.
• Lead by perform standardization method across different plants to ensure copy fast and exact
• Prepare, review & maintain documentation, records, procedures, and other documents.
Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering/ Statistics or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor/manufacturing industry.
• Experience in mold system & mold chase know how will be added advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft applications, Statistical Software like Minitab, JMP are extremely helpful.
• Preferable Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent.
• Knowledge of Quality 7 Tools.
• Strong team player, good in communication and good interpersonal skill with all levels.
• Problem solving, dealing with difficult people, self-motivating.
