Your assignment

Job Descriptions:

1. To create and /or review and update existing SOPs in accordance with international standards such as GMP, GDP, ISO, PIC/S, etc. including training of personnel where necessary.
2. To assist and develop, draft and review SOP’s (QSP, QGP, QAP, etc) and test procedure for QC routine and non-routine testing in accordance with the latest pharmacopeia.

Documentation Compliance

1. Change Control
   - Administer and manage the Change Control System in QMS.
   - Review QMS documentation conforming to GMP standards and crosslinking of quality documentsprior to approval of document release.
   - Design and maintain SOP Master with up-to-date information.
   - Revise and develop SOP in-compliance to GMP for continuous improvement of documentationsystems.
   - Generate, monitor, and issue approved quality documents for use in day to day operations.
2. Batch Release
   - Monitor finished goods inventory and coordinate with Production and/or Sales personnel to assuresupply chain of products.
   - Assemble, review batch records promptly to evaluate product release compliance.
   - To assist in performing final review and release of finished product after ensures that all productionand quality activities are documented and reported in the batch records.
   - To assist in timely release of incoming raw material, packaging material for production use upon QCapproval.
   - Attend and resolve GDP discrepancies raised by relevant personnel.
   - Support the evaluation of deviation or OOS issues in manufacturing process.
   - Release the approved finished goods release for sales and distribution via Navision System.
   - Consolidate and trend testing results of Raw Materials and Finished Products.
3. Document Management
   - Manage and maintain the existing system for continuous efficiency and improvement.
   - Control and maintain the system for issuance, tracking, storing and retrieval of GMP documents toensure the documents are current, SOP compliant and easily accessible in both electronic and hardcopy.

- Archive inactive records and perform housekeeping in

accordance with the records retention schedule.

4. Operation Compliance

- Issuance of Certificate of Analysis (COA) upon request.

- Support in regulatory and audit as required.

Media Buying (Offline and/or Online)

In this context, we are looking for Specialist II, Quality Operations for our new site based in Singapore.

Key Accountabilities

The mission described below, must be exercised in compliance with health, safety and environment of the site rules.

The Specialist II, Quality Operations will be responsible to partner with the GMP operations team to provide Quality oversight and advice for Quality on-the-floor and operations support to ensure the EVF Singapore GMP Quality operations meets Sanofi global Quality standard requirements and fulfil the applicable regulatory expectations. The Specialist II, Quality Operations shall be experienced in solving complex problems, and strong understanding of cGMP operations and well-versed in multiple Quality systems (including exception management, change controls, deviations/CAPAs and document management system).

The incumbent will partner closely with operational teams (e.g. manufacturing, facilities, Quality control and technical units) to ensure Quality, safety, reliability, efficiencies to support EVF Singapore GMP manufacturing operations.

During the Project Phase, the Specialist II, Quality Operations will participate in the following Engineering / Commissioning & Qualification activities:

• Review and approval of engineering documents related to GMP operations.
• Support and provide inputs to Installation, Operational Qualification (IOQ) activities for equipment used in GMP operations.

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemistry, Safety or other related.
• Preferred minimum 2 years of Environmental engineering and/or Environmental regulatory compliance related experience in the chemical or petrochemical industries. Other EHS related experience (includes General EHS, Process Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Biosafety) will be a plus.
• Candidates with minimum 2 years of process experience in the chemical or petrochemical industries with interest in EHS development may also be considered

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Represent the Procurement function at the location. Support the purchasing process of procuring materials / services; seeking maximum value for the company including agreed time, cost and quality
• Liaison for PS-C and Plant (applicable to PS-P)
• Liaise with inbound logistics and vendors on shipment arrangement
• Supports activities for external purchasing and subcontracting at the Plant (applicable to PS-E)
• Supports critical quotation requests for Sales / Plant needs
• Reviews planned orders, request for requisitions for purchased items, and manages the approval process.
• Purchase materials and services that comply with the agreed upon specifications and requirement, as well as using contract/ standard pricing with suppliers.
• Identify new suppliers and develop their capabilities to meet Cameron’s requirements.
• Update and manage the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and work with the Supply chain support organization to achieve the requirement performance levels.
• Manage the performance of existing vendors on delivery, quality, price and service.
• Attend to vendors’ deviation request, handling of Non-Conformance Report and rework
• Work with finance and logistics in resolving reception and invoice discrepancies.
• Initiate global sourcing and procurement plans with a focus on strategic cost management across supply chain via supplier analysis, procurement planning, supply base management, supplier relationship management and supplier improvement projects

Primary Function

1. Manage technical projects to explore, develop new formulations and applications for use in either food, beverages, nutraceuticals, pharmaceutical and nutritional applications.
2. Involved in formulations and leading towards production. Develop new formulations and testing protocols and improve formulations and outputs excellence.
3. Build relevant formulation & application knowledge on the use of sucrose esters in novel product formats (E.g. Formulation mixes in various food applications to cosmetics applications).
4. Source & procuring of raw materials and build up applications intelligence with various ingredients and additives.
5. Hands-on spirit and comfortable in laboratory and actively contribute novel ideas to the R&D efforts.

Knowledge, Skills and Requirements

1. Minimum a diploma and/or degree in Personal Care / Cosmetics / Pharmaceutical / Food Science / Chemistry. Some insights to pharmaceutical or personal care, cosmetics and perfumery or emulsifiers, will be an advantage.
2. Highly familiar with food ingredients and experience in formulations of ingredients, additives, premixes and emulsions systems, will be added advantage. At least some experience in application related to flavor / color / bioactive ingredients. Exposure to food ingredients / additives sourcing and purchasing experience, will be a plus.
3. High entrepreneur spirit, good project management skills, able to multitask, good team player. Have the drive to develop technical projects into new business opportunities.
4. Strong in IT skills like Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel and at least bilingual in spoken and written in English and Mandarin and/or another language for technical presentation and communication with the customers.
5. A strong drive and self-motivation and ability to learn in a fast pace working environment in the global market and ability to travel and provide technical service when required.
