Job Scope

Job Description

Job Scope

Operational Scope:

1. Send Shipping instructions to Carrier based on pre-alert as per customer instructions
2. Collecting Survey reports once loading complete
3. Process split orders manually
4. Assemble to dispatch original documents to customer/Bank

Documentation Scope:

1. Screening the LC swift and advise LC workability/ambiguous clause for LC amendment.
2. Send request to Surveyor to prepare split Survey Reports based on Split B/L
3. Receive Survey report
4. Send Survey report/OBL copy to customer to receive back up LOI. Customer Sales should send the document copies to the customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide front-line services such as registering patients, coordinating and scheduling appointments for patients, attending emails and call enquiry for patients
• Handle billing and insurance-related matters such as issuing invoices and collecting payments, applying for letters of guarantee and pre-authorisation; preparing and submitting claims
• Chaperone the doctor when needed
• Dispensing of medications as instructed by the doctor
• Provide day-to-day administrative and clinical support for the clinic
• Patient counseling for preps prior to procedure and medication use
• Familiar with use of Plato

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/"O" Level in Others or equivalent
• Good communication skills and customer service skills
• IT Savvy and well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite
• Working experience in the healthcare industry will be an added advantage
• Salary will commensurate with experience.
