As ASPAC Regional Supply Chain Deliver and Trade Operations Specialist you will:

Be a regional specialist who provides project management capability in Asia Pacific (ASPAC) for legal entity name changes (LENC) within the space of supply chain under Deliver and Trade Operations.

The position will be measured primarily on:

• Final Project Objectives (FPOs) achievements such as:

o Completion of LENC within execution timeline

o Proper transition from old to new LE with minimal or no downtime in market operations

o Cost for market’s LENC is within the allocated budget.

o Ensure compliance standards across organisation’s trade operations

• Interactions and collaborations with colleagues in ASPAC in driving execution, resolving issues and leveraging resources.

Requirements:

• University / Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent with minimum 2 years of work Experience relating to Supply Chain or Trade Compliance / Operations
• Awareness of quality / compliance, supply chain, operations, and logistics
• Project management experience
• Ability to work with local site teams and senior leadership

Preferred

• Knowledge in the application of trade and customs regulations for ASPAC markets is highly desirable
