Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute operational excellence (OPEX) projects within the new plant.
• Utilize technical skills to deliver hands-on project management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement.
• Document and report on project progress and outcomes.

Requirements:

• Proven hands-on experience in operational excellence or related fields.
• Technical skills in project execution; PMO certification is a strong plus.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Important Notes:

1. This is a 1-year contract role that is currently not renewable, but exceptional candidates may be considered for full-time employment.

Education:

• Degree: A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as:Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, etc.)
  Business Administration
  Operations Management
  Supply Chain Management
  
• Postgraduate Qualifications (Optional): A master's degree or relevant certifications in:Business Administration (MBA)
  Project Management (PMP, PMI-ACP, etc.)

Position Summary:

Junior Scientific Support Specialist to join our Performance Testing Lab (PTL). This role involves conducting lab testing and supporting our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine validated test methodologies on finished products and special projects according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Process and enter technical data into the work request management system.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the Team Leader on work assignments.
• Track laboratory samples, consumables, and reagent inventory.
• Maintain equipment records and perform routine maintenance.
• Report any testing deviations or equipment issues to the Team Leader promptly.
• Maintain a clean and organized laboratory environment.

Qualifications:

• Nitec / Diploma in Science
• 0-1 year of laboratory experience; training will be provided for those without experience.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented and systematic in work.
