What’s the role?

• Resolving problems on the product’s various features and services, including but not limited to troubleshooting user access, data discrepancies or any other technical issues reported.
• Will be required to be on-call once assigned on necessary weekends and holidays.
• Ensure all customer issues are resolved within the agreed service level agreements.
• Document and record each customer interaction using the CRM and provide analysis where appropriate to enable engineering team to resolve the issues at hand in an efficient manner
• Ensure customers are updated regularly and frequently with progress using the support team’s ticketing system.
• Work with Engineering and cross-functional teams to identify impact and help prioritize.
• Ensure all customer issues raised are ticketed and that all investigation progress is managed and followed up on.
• Execute the Incident Management procedures in the event of a serious live service incident with customers.
• Generate reports to support day-to-day customer requests.
• Develop and maintain strong collaboration with the Engineering team to ensure seamless escalation engagements.
• Partner with the product team to relay customer needs, pain points, and experiences to drive product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Proactively identifying and action on improvements in support processes, productivity, and customer experience.
• Provide advice and information to customers regarding the company’s service offerings and best practices.
• Constantly strive to identify and implement improvements to technologies, processes, and methodologies used in the team.

Who are we looking for?

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer focused position involving technical knowledge of a companies’ products and services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent is preferred.
• Time-management skills and the ability to establish reasonable and attainable deadlines for resolution.
• Comfortable working in and assisting others through company help desk software, such as Zendesk in addition to other tools required.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages or API integrations is a plus.
• Professional written and interpersonal skills are essential when communicating with customers and clients as well as with internal stakeholders.
• High work ethic and organizational skills with the ability to self-manage time and deliverables.
• Able to work on rotating shifts that cover off-duty hours, weekends and holidays as required.

JOB SUMMARY:

You will be stationed at Client’s premises and provide support for the client’s IT administration and related support for users.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Support on-site and remote end-users to resolve IT-related issues. (hardware/software/network) on their notebooks/desktops and related peripherals.

2. Perform installations, migrations, and troubleshooting on systems.

3. Troubleshooting of Desktop related issues.

4. Servers, database, and IT infrastructure maintenance and support including configuration upgrades.

5. Other tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager or Management.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:

• ITE/Diploma in Information Technology from recognized institutes.

• Previous experience of working in an IT support role for about 1-2 years.

• Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people in a professional. manner, face to face, on the telephone, and in writing.

• Ability to demonstrate practical troubleshooting and problem analysis techniques.

• Ability to plan and prioritize workload without supervision.

• Ability to prioritize, manage, and perform under pressure.

Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.

• Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification

• Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals

• Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS

• Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.

• Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance

• Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.

• Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.

• Working with a team and deliver the work within the planned schedule.

• Collect the onsite operating parameters like cold room and space temperature and verify with SCADA.

• Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite works.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent

• Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous

• HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment

• Strong communication and analytical skills.
