Accounts Receivable

Accounts Receivable responsibility begins from the moment a project is set up until the debt is collected. Tasks include but are not limited to

• Check that projects are correctly set up in the system

Risk Management within IT.

• Collaborate with various T&O technology teams in the maintenance of effective internal controls;

• Liaise with the Group Audit, Group Legal and Compliance and T&O ORM teams on a regular basis;

• Support team lead to manage internal/external audit engagements;

• Raise issues/concerns, and provide constructive advice to the management so that significant IT risk and control issues are escalated and resolved properly;

• Execute risk assessments and perform controls testing to ensure their effectiveness;

• Track process improvements and issues corrective actions to ensure timely closure;

• Work closely with stakeholders and security teams to mitigate/resolve reported security vulnerabilities

• Provide support and review on the privilege ID usage and conduct review to ensure adherence to access controls standards, including investigate on reported exceptions

• Perform data analysis or procedure reviews to ensure compliance to the bank security standards;

• Work with internal stakeholders and vendor to review and streamline the work processes of the bank and vendors

Requirements

• Minimum a degree in Information Technology, Engineering or related discipline

• 4-7 years of working experience in Risk Management within IT.

• Experience in IT audit, Cloud Security will be an advantage

• Good understanding of Secure Software Development Life Cycle, Threat and Vulnerabilities Assessment, Agile Methodology and IT General Controls

• Good understanding of technology and operational risks, regulatory requirements

• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and with a positive attitude

• Willing to learn and take new challenges with an open-mind.

We are recruiting for a Quality Assurance Superintendent and this position will be reporting to the HSSEQ Manager and will be based in the Singapore office.

This QA Superintendent will facilitate assessment/review/changes of the procedures, forms, checklists etc. in SMS to ensure compliance with applicable standards (ISM Code, MLC, ISO 9001 / 14001/ 45001). This person will administrate Shipboard and Manning Agency Annual Internal audit plans (supported by the Fleet Auditors and Third-Party (Auditors) ensuring that ISM/MLC/ISPS/ISO audits are carried out timely within deadlines. This role will be responsible for the Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation and process- ISO 14001 standard / IHM / Bioufoluing Management Plan / BWMP / VGP/ NTVRP certification and process. This person will be establishing and maintaining an overview of future legislation coming into force and those relevant new requirements are addressed to management (SOLAS, MARPOL, MLC, ISO, Flag). Lastly, this person will administrate ship to shore annual emergency response exercise.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of relevant experience handling ocean going vessels. Candidates with sailing and shore based experience on dry bulk vessels will be preferred. Must have a proven knowledge and experience in conducting internal audits of vessels, office, and manning agents are essential. The ideal candidate must have attended Root Cause Analysis and Lead Internal Audit Training Workshops or Seminars, with good knowledge of International Maritime Regulations, Marine Industry Standards (ISM Code, MLC, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc), and HSSEQ practices are necessary.
