JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree of Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Over 10+ years of related work experience in leading a team of Quality Assurance (QA) professionals in enterprise-scale turn-key projects and large-scale customer facing systems, preferably in fast-paced tech, IT or gaming industry.
• Experienced in quality assurance and quality control of scalable, maintainable, extensible, web-based enterprise grade applications with web-based and mobile app-based interfaces.

• To assure consistency in product safety and quality by developing and enforcing Good Manufacturing Practice, validating existing processes, providing documentation and staff management.

• Ensure ISO standards are implemented by all QC Executives (Food Technologist), team leaders and operators.

• Work with Production and QC to establish SOP / WI for use in training staff, like new workers

Requirements:

• At least 3 years and above experience in a similar role in a food production company
• Mastery of FSSC 22000, ISO, HACCP, and Halal standards

Position Summary

Responsible for quality assurance and compliance check in software/turnkey system development and to maintain ISO9001 standards, etc. Will work with project teams to develop test methodologies, test plans, test cases and coordinate test activities for the mission-critical safety and security surveillance systems. Incumbent roles and responsibilities also include reviewing, implementing and auditing company-wide policies and processes for all departments to ensure that policies and procedures for all departments in the Company are adequate, up-to-date, complied with, that there are sufficient internal controls and checks and balances in place to minimise and/or manage risks to the organisation.

Main Responsibilities

• Plan and work with Project Managers/Product Managers on the quality processes for the entire project from requirements to installation and maintenance
• Provide QA/QC support, testing and quality audit to projects and functions assigned
• Provide Configuration Management, Release Management support to projects

• Ensure compliance to all established, approved written procedures are in compliance with ISO9001 and CMMI Level 3-5
