We are looking for a Program Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing product development programs for Isolation Valves. The role will also coordinate and support other World Areas and regions in building and implementing complex programs. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
· Executes new product development programs on schedule, and within budget.
· Executes product transfers on schedule, and within budget.
· Executes cost reduction programs on schedule, and within budget.
· Supports all other complex programs that require coordination between global product management, regional product management, and the world area teams.
· Follows the Stage-Gate Process closely and ensures all gate reviews satisfy the appropriate requirements.

Takes a proactive approach to building and influencing expectations and effectively aligns the multiple and diverse interests of collaborators.
For This Role, You Will Need:
· Good knowledge and expertise in Actuation/Valve Products.
· Good communication skills are essential including written and verbal presentation skills.
· Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines and problem solving.
· Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
· Engineering Degree with at least 10 years of proven track record.
