Your role is in the Suppression Operations, Contract Management and Audits branch and you will lead a team.

You will be responsible for the following:

• Conceptualise strategies and formulate/review operational policies and plans on vector control, including the use of Wolbachia suppression technology
• Manage contracts and ensure the contractors’ performance through close monitoring, engagement, and audits.
• Guide and oversee the implementation of enhancements and improvements to operations systems.
• Regularly review work processes in view of enhancing them to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Perform analysis of vector data to uncover insights and identify causes and contributors to undesirable situations.
• Oversee the smooth running of contracts including processing of certification of works done and payment.

Requirements:
