It is a web-based, automated tool that identifies investments that might impair independence and indicates the action required, if any, for a PwC individual to avoid or resolve a violation.

Your role is to provide administrative support to the Independence Office, primarily in respect of administration of the Checkpoint system for PwC Singapore partners and staff.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to the administration of Checkpoint:

• Review various exception reports and investigate anomalies
• Research and review permissibility of securities
• Manage self reported matters
• Perform data quality checks
• Liaise with the Acceleration Center staff who assist with Checkpoint monitoring activities

2. Other duties:

• Compliance monitoring activities such as independence compliance testing support
• Report extraction / Filing
• Compile reporting information
• System updates
• Ad-hoc projects

About you:

• Holding at least a Diploma-level qualification.
• Candidates with previous administrative working experience will be preferred.
• Good communication skills (written and oral) in managing daily communication with partners and staff and other PwC network firms
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel in particular).
• Good project management skills, ability to manage project timelines and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must have a positive attitude, be meticulous, organised, careful/discreet in handling sensitive information and able to work under pressure, including the flexibility to adjust and react to changing priorities
