RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in development and execution of test cases to ensure that software applications and systems meet high standards of quality, reliability, and performance.
• Maintain test documentation, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.
• Ensure that quality issues and bugs are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.
• Ensure software applications and systems meet quality standards.
• Follow the instruction of test leads, test manager and/or project managers.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or any related technical IT field.

• Willingness to learn, has self-initiative, sense of responsibility and interpersonal skill.
• Able to commit a full-time 6 months internship.
• Basic knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Basic knowledge or skills in programming languages (Java, Python preferred) would be an advantage.

• Play a crucial role in a large multinational conglomerate
• Act as the primary IT Business Control Officer ensuring top-notch IT services delivery to Group’s respective Business Units.
• Partner closely with respective Business Unit Heads and Group IT Office in IT strategy and controls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with BU’s leadership to formulate and execute IT strategy in alignment with Group IT Strategy, Planning & Management.
• Manage BU’s IT budget, oversee vendor contracts, and lead a team of business partners, project managers, and field support engineers.
• Ensure effective delivery of IT services, meeting Service Level Agreement targets.
• Engage stakeholders within the BU to understand their IT needs and incorporate them into Group IT plans.
• Oversee portfolio of IT projects, mentor project managers, and ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure adoption of Group IT policies, procedures, and best practices within BU business units.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with experience in IT senior leadership role positions.
• Proficient in IT infrastructure, Cyber / Information Security, Enterprise Applications, and SAP ERP systems.
• Proven track record in leading medium-to-large sized IT projects
• Experience in IT shared services organization in a business partnership role preferred (users of 1000 pax+ will be a bonus).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in engaging senior management and operational staff.

Role and Responsibilities

Quality Systems

• Supports overall maintenance of quality systems
• Monitor and reports on the quality performance for Asia Operations such as product quality performance, supplier performance and gaps for continuous improvement to the management team
• Maintains the Mastercontrol and ISO document control system
• Maintains customer related documents such as Quality Agreement, PPAP

Quality Policies

Training

• Provides training for all employees on basic quality and statistical concepts
• Provides training to appropriate personnel for updates and changes to quality policy
• Attends relevant external training sessions/courses and shares learning internally

Job Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent experience in a field of study such as chemistry, business, accounting, engineering, etc.
• Certificate in Quality Engineering is preferred.
• 4-6 years of quality management experience.
• Demonstrates introductory understanding and ability and with guidance, applies competency in typical situations.
• Able to design quality systems to meet customer expectations and internal needs. New approaches and continuous improvement must be ongoing.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager to direct production QC in accordance with the company policies, objectives, plans and budgets for business.
• Assist the Manager to supervise Engineers & Production QC in accordance with the company policies, objectives, plans and budgets for business.
• Develop, organize and provide resources for the implementing of quality control and assurance activities for inspection, testing and measuring of product.
• Instruct, advice, counsel, review, analyse and appraise the performance of QAC staff. Ensure that QAC staff are adequately trained & competence in executing their daily responsibilities.
• Ensure documentation of the company’s quality management system is in place, including policies, objectives, plans, organization, procedures and applicable international standards.
• Ensure that requirements of ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001 and related legal & regulatory requirements are complied with, and periodically review significant quality, environmental, safety & health related issues, including their aspects and impacts.
• Review related objectives / targets, and programmes for QAC Department, including aspects and impacts on company’s service and activities.
• Initiate and participate in establishment of solution for customer complaints with Production and other personnel.
• Review effectiveness of corrective actions & implement measures to prevent recurrence of non-conformities.
• Ensure that controlled document are complete, up-to-date and do not contain unauthorized alterations at QC & Production shop floor.

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering discipline with at least 3 years of quality control management experience

1. Perform daily periodic checks of Central Kitchen to ensure compliance to in-house GMP/GHP standards, SOP, Product Specifications, etc.

2. Conduct random checks on incoming raw materials, and perform product cutting on raw materials to ensure goods received are within in-house specifications.

3. Ensure Process Verification and Validation exercise are completed (i.e. SOP/CCP verification, new product launch process observation, monthly facility checks, monthly traceability exercise, finished goods shelf-life verification, etc.)

4. Conduct investigations on product/process non-conformance (on-line and customer complaints) and follow-up on proposed corrective/preventive measures to ensure effectiveness.

5. Promptly follow-up with contractors (chemical/pest control) during routine servicing to ensure work orders are conducted as per contract.

6. Participate and engage in quality system implementation (audit activities by regulatory/certification bodies and customers).

7. Conduct data/trend analysis on non-conformity of raw material/finished goods, pest reporting statistics, monthly production and facility check statistics, etc. for process and quality improvement.

8. Ensure analysis of food products via microbiological and physical testing, calibration of lab equipment and measurement tools, internal sensory evaluation are conducted as per schedule.

9. Report all non-conformances, discrepancies and/or deviations, and follow-up on the investigation of the non-conformity results.

10. Other projects as assigned.
