Requirement

Job Profile Summary:

In this role, you will manage the execution and delivery of IT projects for Prudential Singapore. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to Scrum Master Lead, and work closely with business units and other IT teams to deliver IT projects according to the agreed scope, timeline and cost.

Job Description:

• Implement and enforce Scrum principles and practices, facilitate continuous improvement, and identify and remove team impediments.
• Work closely with the scrum team to deliver the project deliverables, prioritization, estimations and planning.
• Ensure the scrum team's adherence to delivery schedule and estimates. Assess & surfaces all schedule risk and communicate accordingly.
• Ensure coherence of the tasks in product/sprint backlog and commitment based on release and functionality of overall product.
• Experience overseeing multi-function project teams including Developers, Business Analysts, and QA Personnel
• Assures transparency of the work that is being done and communicate its progress via regular reporting inclusive of:
  i) Burndown Charts
  ii) Status reports, Risks, Issues

Education

Language

• Fluent written and spoken English

Responsibilities:

• To assist to liaise and co-ordinate with LTA, authorities, Consultants and stakeholders.
• To ensure risk assessment and safe working procedure are properly executed on site.
• To conduct daily health, safety and environmental inspections, prepare reports and follow up with Project Safety Team.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations, develop environmental control plan & liaise with NEA (such as report submission, etc.).
• Proper documentation of all EHS records, certificates, notice and official related EHS correspondence.

Requirement:

• At least 5 years relevant experience in construction for LTA projects.
• NEA registered ECO.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to ensure compliance with the latest environmental regulations.

Job scopes

• Provides after office support to T&M Derivatives Clearing and Execution Business which offers brokerage service to clients on futures and exchange cleared OTC Commodities
• Manage the after-office hours limit allocation to the respective trading platforms such as CQG trading platform and Trade Registration Platforms
• Monitor and ensure clients' trading are within the prescribed limit.
• Collaborate and support team with cross market/ capital structure research pieces

Job requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in any field
• With at least 2 years of related experience in credit control
• Knowledge of the derivatives market will be helpful, but training will be provided.
• Able to be work alone independently.
• Must be meticulous as candidate will be handling live trading limits.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Candidate must be prepared to work on all weekdays including Singapore public holiday that falls on a weekday and will be compensated with 1 day off in lieu.
