Formulate and implement risk management strategies in accordance with the company's risk management requirements, formulate and implement corresponding risk management strategies to ensure that the company's transaction risks are within controllable range.
Monitor transaction risks: Discover potential transaction risks by monitoring transaction data and market conditions, take timely measures to prevent risks, and report to superiors in a timely manner.

Requirements:

Familiar with the pricing and strategy models of financial derivatives; those who hold risk control/trading roles in commercial banks/investment banks/brokerages/funds and other companies are preferred;

About Global Payments
The Global Payments team is building a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. We serve multiple overseas businesses within ByteDance, such as Advertising, Live Broadcasting, E-commerce , Games, etc.

The Risk Control and Compliance team in Global Payments is mainly responsible for overseas transaction anti-fraud, chargebacks, credit evaluation, merchant risk rating, anti-money laundering and other business scenarios. In addition, the team ensures the platform adheres to the requirements of International Credit Card Organization, local financial supervision, and customs.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Lead Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to refine the continuous improvement of the software delivery process.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree of Computing, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of related work experience in Automated Quality Assurance (Automated QA) in enterprise-scale turn-key projects and large-scale customer facing systems, preferably in fast-paced tech, IT or gaming industry.
• Experienced in quality assurance and quality control of scalable, maintainable, extensible, web-based enterprise grade applications with web-based and mobile app-based interfaces.

In this role, you will be responsible for program managing and the delivery of the Future Workplayce’s roadmap across several business areas in PACS. As part of this dynamic role, you will report to the Program Director and work closely with the respective workstream leads and project teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver a large-scale program end-to-end across all workstreams on time, on budget and on value.
• Review and update the Program Charter which covers the objectives, scope, budget, schedules, comms plans, risks and mitigation strategies, procurement strategies etc. Responsible for ensuring that all requisite approvals are in place and clearly documented to establish a program baseline for ongoing tracking.
