Job Description:-
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and functionality of the loan onboarding system;
- Design and develop UAT test plans, cases, and scripts to validate system features and integration with existing financial systems;
- Execute test cases, document results, and work with the development team to resolve any issues;
- Simulate customer scenarios and validate all business processes to ensure the system is user-friendly and aligns with bank’s expectations.
- Testing of new concepts and workflows, comparing them to current practices and provide feedback on usability;
- Analysis of UAT test cases, translating identified defects into actionable items and collaborate with IT, Programme Management, and other teams to resolve noted defects;
- Manage the defect tracking process and validate fixes, ensuring timely and effective resolution via active logging, managing and following-up with stakeholders (end users & IT);
- Document all test cases, results, and analysis and lead daily updates & status reports on UAT progress during all testing phases;
- Participate in sprint ceremonies with users and IT;
- Support users & IT to provide clarifications to queries during testing and execution phases;
- Assist in training and supporting end-users during the roll-out phase.
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements in loan processing software.
Job Requirements:-
Minimally BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in related industry;
Familiar with SME lending space, preferably more than 2 years’ experience in Loan Origination Systems, Digital Channels, User Interface, and Integration Testing;
Experience in participating in requirements definition;
Preferable familiar with JIRA and confluence tools for issues management, tracking and loading of test cases;
Strong analytical skills to actively assess impacts to workflows & end-users;
Demonstrate strong leadership skills and be independent to lead discussions with users & IT;
Meticulous and organized in nature, to optimize documentation of test results;
Candidates should demonstrate strong ability to work in team settings;
Adaptable to changes to accommodate the fast-paced environment.
