• Familiar with Agile and waterfall methodology, and understand the life cycle of testing in both automated and manual testing

• Have experience in running or being part of an agile project team in banking industry and have had hands on experience on JBehave

• Understanding Java and VB Scripting will be an advantage, for automation QA role hands on usual of selenium or Appium is a must for consideration

• Experience with Quality assurance processes and JIRA is a must

Job Responsibilities:

The role involves managing all legal aspects of the Group's business, including M&As, JVs, and investments, as well as handling general corporate legal matters and compliance. Responsibilities include providing legal advice, managing litigation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating with external counsel. Additionally, the position entails overseeing compliance policies, corporate secretarial duties, and risk management activities. The incumbent is also responsible for facilitating training, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and liaising with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in corporate commercial law, ideally gained in-house or in a law firm.

• Familiarity with SGX Listing Rules and Regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

-Take charge of overall leadership, governance, organization, and management of the project team

-Manage project team resource planning, recruitment, training & development, and retention

-Plan and hire Project Engineers / Designers / Drafters as per requirements

-Coach, mentor, guide, and train Project Engineers / Designer / Drafters

-Oversee semi-annual & annual appraisal process for the project team for professional & career growth

-Execute all assigned projects ensuring Safety, Quality, Design, Procurement, Construction, Contractual, Budget, Schedule, and Resource adherence

-Ensure competent / qualified Project Engineer / Designer / Drafter assignment to projects

-Ensure project execution compliance per PQP standards

Requirement

• Minimum of 1 year of UAT experience on digital channels, including preparing testing scenarios, testing data, and execution.
• Mobile/web experience in banking, especially card-related activities.
• Proficient in JIRA and experienced with relevant testing tools.
• Additional knowledge and experience in Automation Testing are desirable.
