Roles and Responsibilities
· Develop and review company policies.
· Advise management on the company’s compliance with laws and regulations.
· Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
· Documents drafting, including letter or email.
· Support projects and co-ordinate Company activities as assigned.
· Maintain proper and timely filing system, both in shared folder and hardcopy.
· Liaise with Directors of the Group, and other department personnels on compliance related matters.
· Assist to carry out regular internal audits for ISO [9001:2015 / 14001:2015 / 45001: 2018] certifications.
· Provide regular updates for all ISO documents.
· Attend ISO/Fire Safety/Other Audits independently.
· Assist to prepare trademark registration/renewal related documents.
· Co-ordinate and conduct meetings, briefings, or trainings to staffs as and when needed.
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in law, finance, business management, or a related field.
· Possess at least 3-5 years of relevant experience.
· Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures.
· A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to details, organized, meticulous and independent.
· Advantageous for candidate who has relevant experience and or knowledge in ISO.
· Good written and spoken language skill.
· Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Words.
