The requirement requires an experienced network data analyst. The role will be responsible for execution on our network capacity planning strategy and best practices. 2. Network Services

(a) Create and manage virtual private cloud network such as AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC)

(b) Manage and maintain DNS records using cloud native tools such as AWS Route 53

(c) Manage and maintain load balancer such as AWS Network/Application Load Balancer (NLB/ALB)

(d) Deploy, manage and maintain content delivery network such as AWS Cloud Front

(b) Setup and manage encryption keys according to the requirements specified by the Customer, using tools such as AWS Key Management Service (KMS)

(c) Setup and manage threat detection systems according to the requirements specified by the Customer, using tools such as Amazon Guard Duty

(a) Perform backup and recovery using cloud native tools such as AWS EBS snapshot, Azure Recovery Service Vault

(b) Create machine images for backup using cloud native tools such as Amazon Machine Image

5.2 The scope of backup and recovery services shall cover any or all the following components of the Customer’s system in the GCC environment, as may be specified by the Customer:

(a) Operating systems

(b) Applications

5.3 Engineer shall perform other system administration tasks that are not specified but are related to backup and recovery services in the GCC environment.

6. System Monitoring Services

6.1 Engineer shall perform any or all the following system administration tasks relating to system monitoring services in the GCC environment, as may be required by the Customer:

(a) Setup and configure cloud native monitoring according to the requirements specified by the Customer, using tools such as AWS CloudWatch

(b) Setup and configure cloud native application logging according to the requirements specified by the Customer, using tools such as AWS CloudWatch

(c) Setup and configure cloud native Cloud Service Provider (CSP) activity logging according to the requirements specified by the Customer, using tools such as AWS Cloudtrail

About the Role:

The Network Engineer is primarily responsible for day-to-day technical support of the global network. This includes activities associated with engineering, implementation, operations and end user support for the LAN, SD-WAN, WLAN, and related systems. The engineer is responsible for services utilizing current procedures, adhering to change management controls and escalating technical issues for input and guidance as required. The role is also responsible to help identify, analyze, document and manage the implementation of both short term tactical and longer term strategic solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and service quality.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Deploy, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network equipment and software platforms to include but not limited to: Cisco Meraki SD-WAN, Cisco Catalyst Switching, Cisco Aironet Wireless as well as Cisco Meraki wireless, SolarWinds NPM, NTA, NCM, Cisco DNA, Device42 (documentation).

· Provide and manage a secure, high-performance network.

· Create, maintain, and update diagrams/documentation of evolving environment and operational procedures.

· Support installation and decommissioning of network circuits.

· Troubleshoot and report provider issues to carrier and work to resolution.

· Analyze and make recommendations on circuit requirements.

· Interface and communicate with customers on network requests and support issues, follow through to completion and provide updates through helpdesk application.

· Engage and coordinate with vendors for projects, MACs and incidents.

· Provide technical guidance to other team members.

· Work cross-functionally with internal and external peers to accomplish assignments.

· Travel to offices in North America and other remote locations from time to time for projects.

· Track work for all work performed within our ticket system (ServiceDesk Plus) or project management system (Monday.com).

Job Requirements:

1. Qualification
   • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Math, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of information systems experience, or a diploma with 3 years of relevant experience. Alternatively, 6 years of progressive information systems experience may substitute for a degree.
2. Professional Experience
   • Minimum 3 years of experience in network environments, including switching, routing, wireless, and SD-WAN.
   • Strong knowledge of Cisco/Meraki technologies; Cisco certifications (CCNA or CCNP) are a plus.
   • Proficient in layer 2 and layer 3 configurations and understanding of call distribution and VoIP call routing.
   • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Visio), with the ability to create documentation, diagrams, project schedules, and timelines.
3. Additional Requirements
   • Must be available for on-call remote or on-site support outside regular hours, including weekends and holidays, for emergency situations.
   • Ability to lift or move up to 35kg as needed.
