• 5 days work week ( Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm)
• 0-20% performance related pay (PRP) per month
• 2% medical pay per month
• 14 days annual leave + 14 days medical

• Support day-to-day administrative and coordination work to the department.

• In charge of filing, data entry and administrative duties

• Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.

• Maintain and update employees' records for new hires, terminations, leave records, training records, etc

• Provide support to ensure effective information flow and communication among various internal and external stakeholders.

• Outreach to vendors for business procurement related matters

• Assist with payroll and collection.

• Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

1-2 years of working experience in similar industry.

Diploma in Human Resoure/ Business/ Psychology

IT savvy and good in Microsoft Office

Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

The Executive, Planning & Project contributes to the development of projects and culture building within NEON Creative. This individual will inherently support the realization of the work with the NEON creative team and its collaborators around the world while helping to create a vibrant internal culture.

The Executive, Planning & Project will be involved in a diverse portfolio of projects and day-to-day operation of the team. This individual will work closely with project team & corporate functions team within NEON to provide project and corporate administrative, co-ordination & general support under guidance and mentorship of the direct supervisor in order to achieve completion at the highest level of professional conduct and practice. In addition, this individual maintains current culture building practices and is encouraged to initiate new ones that helps formulate a strong idea sharing and mentoring environment.

Executive, Planning & Project’s duties and responsibilities

Project Co-ordination & Support (70%)

• Supports the overall administrative needs required for the full spectrum of Neon projects
• Co-ordinates general tasks, finance, and resource acquisition/allocation
• Contribute to the integration of the different stakeholders of NEON projects, from the internal team to external collaborators and vendors
• Supports the research and engagement of relevant creative collaborators and partners who will support the creative development of NEON projects
• Help manage the rollouts & documentation of non-disclosure agreements, service agreements and digital assets

Corporate functions support & culture Building (30%)

• Facilitate the process related to corporate functions and day-to-day operation of the team
• Supports the creation and maintenance of a collaborative and sharing culture through activities, systems or platforms
• Undertakes self-initiated/mandated activities geared towards team cohesiveness

Qualifications

• Diploma in business, accounting, engineering, or other relevant fields
• Fresh graduate or 1-2 years of working experience in project management, accounting and/ or administrative work preferred
• Excellent organisational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Possess a keen eye for detail and processes
• Good collaborative spiritand ability to work across all levels and functions
• Integration of planning and creative coordination within project planning/ management tools

Job Summary:As a Human Resource Clerk, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to the Human Resources department. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruitment processes, handling employee inquiries, and contributing to the overall efficiency of HR operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, possess excellent organizational skills, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record Keeping:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database.
   Ensure proper filing of documents related to personnel, benefits, and other HR matters.
   
2. Recruitment Support:Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating candidate communications.
   Prepare and distribute employment-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts.
   
3. Employee Onboarding:Facilitate new employee onboarding by preparing orientation materials, assisting in the completion of paperwork, and providing support during the orientation process.
   
4. Benefits Administration:Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other related programs.
   Respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits and assist in problem resolution.
   
5. Timekeeping and Attendance:Monitor and track employee attendance and timekeeping records.
   Address inquiries related to time and attendance systems and assist in resolving discrepancies.
   
6. Communication:Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate issues to HR management as needed.
   Assist in the preparation and distribution of internal HR communications.
   
7. Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
   Assist in preparing reports related to HR metrics and compliance.
