• Coordinate and liaise with logistics and shipping departments to organize the dispatch and delivery of orders, optimizing for cost and efficiency.
• Handle order modifications, cancellations, and requests for returns or exchanges
• Generate and maintain detailed records of orders, invoices and any customer communication for audit purposes and customer service follow-up.

Job Requirements

• Order processing/management experience required
• Experience in SAP will be advantageous
